First of all “Trials of Existence” has gained lots of positive feedback so far, which makes us feel really good. After all we did work with that album so long it’s great to see that our input was not in vain.

Our new axeman Harri has been in the band for well over two months now. He had pretty big shoes to fill, but I’m telling ya his ripping really goddamn hard every night we play! We have become really close during this tour and seems like he’s been in the band way longer than that. Even though we tend to tease the hell out of him he still comes back with a smile haha.

Like you guys prolly know we have shared stages with Dead Shape Figure and Hateform lately. This tour has been a lots of fun and it’s really sad it’s over this saturday. Some of us knew each other before the tour but everyone in the bands and in the crew have become really close to all of us. ‘Nuff said you guys are some of the finest and talented people you can tour with!

As you’ve probably noticed we are going to Russia in just a few weeks, and I gotta tell ya we have been expecting this for a long long time. It’s been almost 3 years since we went to Russia for the first time and we’ve tried to make Russian shows possible every year but they never seemed to work out until now. All the credit goes to finnish folk/pagan-metal band Korpiklaani for inviting us and giving us this chance. We’ll see ya real soon!

Okay so… I’ve mostly capped everything that has been going on lately, but I haven’t touched the future yet. So what are we gonna do in the near future?

First of all we have some new promotional shots of the band coming up, since all the promotional pics are at least six months old. Plus new myspace layout is comin along!

We have a new music video in the works. I can’t reveal any details yet, but I can tell ya that it’s gonna be a silly-ass video. Non-finnish people might not understand the concept of the upcoming video but let’s say we just want to get a bands own inside joke into the public.

New songs? Yes, they exist and we is gotta shitload of em! We just started rehearsing and gotta tell ya they are brootal. You might say they’re more technical, faster, heavier, slower, chuggier, or you might say they rule! Plus we try to put out some new cover songs too. Irate, Overkill, Misfits have been suggested within the band, who know who were gonna rape haha.

As some of you guys know Ape has a family of his own and has a small kid to feed. Taking care of your family and handling duties of touring don’t always work and this is what its all about really. Ape is a true role model for a father figure and we certainly didn’t wanna see his family being torn apart because of the life in the band. We highly respect his choice and we wish him all the best in life. Maybe some day he might return to Full Scale Conflict, who knows?

This doesn’t mean that we’re gonna miss any of the set tour dates. In October you will see a new dude in the band fo sho!
